We can truly meet each other through the practice of Tantsu.  When two people hold another between them, often coordinating their moving with their breathing, the one being held can feel a sensation total containment.  

Tantsu in Three practices offer whole body holding, contact,  breathing, movement and stillness, in groups of three.  Tantsu-in-three is an extremely powerful  practice for going deep into the heart of relaxation, self-realization vital health and extraordinary energy.
